This special briquetting line and its equipment suitable for wood, MDF, plastics and straw are designed for indoor use, as all components are stationary and must be secured to the floor. At briquetting process the material is compressed under high pressure. The raw material inserted in the feeder trough is led by the piston to the main die for shaping the material into briquettes. When a compressed briquette leaves the die, it is warm and needs to be cooled. This cooling takes place in the cooling band being straight or curved. Material with high humidity (over 16%) may not be briquetted.
